Using Remove Bg

These Terms govern your use of remove-bg.cc and the Remove Bg tools. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and access

Sign in with Google to process images and access your saved results. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and do not use another person’s account without permission.

Your images and results

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, edit, and use each image you provide. Choosing a file may show a preview; a preview alone is not a completed background-removal result.

After image processing, review the result before publishing or relying on it. AI-generated or edited results may contain errors and may not be suitable for every use.

Credits and paid plans

Remove Bg offers eligible new users 1 free successful background removal after Google sign-in at 1k medium quality. To prevent abuse, a network may activate the allowance for at most 2 Google accounts in a rolling 30-day window. Paid credits remain available when the network limit is reached. The free trial can be limited, modified, or removed to prevent abuse or operate the service.

The applicable price, billing period, credits, and plan limits are the ones shown at checkout. One successfully completed background removal uses one credit. Uploading, previewing, failed processing, and downloading the same completed result again do not use another credit. Credits are service units, have no cash value, and are not transferable unless we explicitly allow it.

Payments, renewals, and refunds

Stripe processes payments. Review the price, taxes, billing period, and renewal terms shown before you pay. A subscription renews until canceled under the terms shown at checkout. You can manage your subscription from Credits and billing in your account.

All payments are final and non-refundable. We will issue a refund only when a verified material technical defect or security vulnerability in the service directly prevents delivery of the purchased service and cannot be reasonably remedied, or when a refund is required by applicable law. No refunds will be issued in any other circumstances, including for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, unused or expired credits, non-use of a subscription, or credits consumed by a successful generation.

Acceptable use

Do not use Remove Bg to break the law, violate another person’s rights, or harm the service or its users. In particular, you may not:

• Upload content you do not have permission to use, including private or confidential material.
• Create or distribute content involving sexual exploitation of minors.
• Impersonate others, commit fraud, harass or threaten people, or target protected groups.
• Create malware, phishing content, scams, or instructions for wrongdoing.
• Interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass the service’s limits or security measures.

We may restrict content or suspend access when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

Ownership and permission to process

You keep the rights you have in your images and other content. When you submit content for a feature, you give us the limited permission needed to provide that feature, including processing and displaying the result. You remain responsible for deciding whether you can use a result commercially or publicly.

Availability and changes

Features may change or be unavailable. We may update the service and these Terms. If these Terms change, we will post the revised version here with a new update date.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Remove Bg is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, or business interruption.

Ending access

We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or create a risk to the service or others.
